Irrigation systems have already been installed to accommodate the additional trees.

Towards the southern boundary of the property there is a machinery shed and a pump shed with a filtration unit.

On the southern boundary there is approximately 560m of direct river frontage.

The current harvest is expected to return between $150k to $200k per season and with further expansion of the orchard the gross yield could be increased significantly.

The fruit of both trees are achieving a market price between $7 and $10 per kilogram.
